We are pleased to welcome Anthony (Tony) Warburton, PE, to the team. Joining as a Senior Associate Engineer, Tony’s extensive mechanical engineering experience in the power generation industry—from small plant upgrade projects to complete power plant design and construction projects—adds to the core services we offer. The natural synergies between electrical and mechanical engineering provide the ideal capabilities for hydropower and solar projects.
Also joining SAGE as a Senior Geotechnical Consultant is Bill Rudolph, PE, GE. For the past four decades Bill has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout California and the Western U.S. including work on port and harbor facilities, flood control, earth-fill dams and levees, water resources, dredging and environmental restoration projects, mass transit, bridges, and highway improvements. Most recently Bill performed peer reviews as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dam Safety Program.
Bill will work closely with Ben Serna, PE, GE, from our Oakland office. The two have collaborated on numerous waterfront studies including evaluation of geotechnical/seismic hazards, development of design earthquake ground motions, foundation engineering, and evaluation of kinematic loads for port and waterfront structures—including the development of shoreline stabilization schemes at major ports throughout California.
We look forward to drawing upon their synergistic experience.
